The novel coronavirus shut down a majority of America and unless you were an essential worker the order was to stay at home. Society is starting to re-open and some cities are moving onto the next phase.

The Tennessean reports that Nashville will continue into phase two of reopening efforts on Monday. They plan to open businesses restaurants to 75% capacity. Bars will still be closed.

Mayor John Cooper said of the reopening efforts:

“We have increased contact tracing efforts,” said Cooper. “Nashvillians are adopting new, safe daily practices to help us move forward.”

“We’re encouraging residents to visit restaurants that practice safe social distancing and wearing masks.”

Live Music will return as well, but no more than 25 people will be allowed entry. Larger events will come in time.

All employees are required to wear protective face masks at all times.

Gatherings of 25 people or more will be banned. Salons, gyms, and other attractions will open at 50% capacity.
