WWE’s plan to maintain a touring schedule in 2020 were squashed by COVID-19. Now another MSG date has bitten the dust.

WWE previously had a date schedule for Madison Square Garden on March 12th, but that couldn’t happen. Their new date was moved to June 27th. Now that date has been officially pulled.

New York City was hit very hard during the novel coronavirus pandemic. As of this writing, there are 1,035,240 confirmed coronavirus cases in the United States. 301,450 of those cases are in New York state.

No new date was scheduled for WWE’s return to the World’s Most Famous Arena. At this rate, you have to wonder when they will be able to return to that venue, or any others.

Things will certainly be different when fans can return. There are options and Vince McMahon stated that WWE is exploring ways to bring fans into the Performance Center. We’ll just have to wait this situation out and stay as safe as possible to help slow the spread.
