The world is now paying more attention to flu like symptoms now than ever before. Those are the same symptoms of the dreaded COVID-19 virus. Brian Pillman Jr is experiencing those symptoms, but he doesn’t think he has coronavirus. He’s still not taking any chances.

In case you need a refresher a runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever, and difficulty breathing all all symptoms of the coronavirus. They are also symptoms of the flu which can make things tricky.

Pillman Jr let fans know what he’s been on the road since March 7th and now he has flu like symptoms. His roommates had the flu recently as well. He isn’t taking any chances so he had to call off his upcoming show.

I regret to inform my fans that I will be unable to make this show today. After coming home from a long week of vacation and wrestling I am exhibiting some flu-like symptoms. It is in my best interest and the interest of my peers and fans to remain home. Please tune in on @FiteTV

This was a very tough decision to make. In all honesty I need the money but I couldn’t bring myself to get on a plane with a sore throat, runny nose, and a headache. Roommates having recently been diagnosed with Flu B, it is my responsibility to reduce the spread of it.

I do not think I have COVID-19 but I have been on the road since March 7th and finally got home last night. Been through various countries and airports, and my immune system is just worn down. Flu or cold, I just hope everyone respects my decision to isolate myself at this time.

This is unfortunate, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. It’s also best to not go out if you’re exhibiting any symptoms that could be mistaken as the coronavirus because people are really prone to overreact at a time like this.

Please stay safe. Wash your hands. Don’t touch your face. Don’t hoard toilet paper, and be kind to others. This is a difficult time for a lot of people.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
