The future of Matt Hardy has been a source of great speculation in the last few months, with many believing that his interactions with Randy Orton across the last two weeks have indicated that he’ll be leaving WWE sooner rather than later.

Nobody really knows for sure one way or the other what he’s going to do, and we get the feeling that Matt enjoys the kind of unpredictability that is now associated with his character.

Still, it doesn’t hurt to speculate, with many wondering whether or not he’s going to end up making the jump over to All Elite Wrestling.

The presence of the ‘Free The Delete’ was enough of a sign that fans are paying attention to what Matt is doing on social media, but the fact that it happened on an episode of AEW Dynamite says a lot.

While nobody can confirm whether or not Matt would be well suited to AEW, they’d almost certainly give him the creative freedom he needs to express himself on a week to week basis – potentially even returning to his broken roots.

The role of being a producer for WWE is seemingly on the table and some even believe he’ll return as a ‘Broken’ version of himself in the next few weeks, but either way, we’re all going to tune in to find out what happens.
