The Young Bucks are one of the best tag teams in the world today. They have reached many milestones in the pro wrestling business, and that is a trend which is likely to continue.

Sports Illustrated recently spoke to The Young Bucks. Matt Jackson discussed their continued success and how his mindset has changed over the years regarding how he handles those achievements.

“For a long time, I enjoyed proving others wrong. Every time we accomplished something, I craved rubbing it in their faces. But I realized at some point recently, these people will just continue to move the goalpost and they don’t deserve my energy. I’m more interested in positive energy, and doing my best for true fans who love and have a passion for good wrestling content.”

Starting All Elite Wrestling was a pretty big accomplishment for the Young Bucks. It’s a good idea to not get hung up on rubbing your success in others’ faces. After a while too much time will be wasted bragging which only diverts attention from the actual goal.
