2019 was a very eventful year for a lot of WWE Superstars. Some saw great highs and others have things they can work on in 2020. There are also a lot of people who are vying to reclaim championship gold in this new year.

WWE Stats provided very interesting number to consider. WWE booking consisted of 139 title changes in 2019. This number was actually sent out before the WWE 24/7 Title changed hands twice during the Fox New Year’s Eve Countdown special, so WWE actually had 141 title changes in 2019.

83 of those title changes were the WWE 24/7 Title, so keep that in mind. Without the WWE 24/7 Title there were 58 title changes which seems like more of a manageable number.

Let’s see what WWE has planned for 2020. There are two title defenses slated for next week’s RAW. The RAW Tag Team Titles and United States title both being defended on the card. WWE could also beat last year’s number since the WWE 24/7 Title was only introduced in late May of 2019. So, they’ll have five extra months to trade that title around.
