WWE could be planning to put an end to the WWE 24/7 Title soon enough. At least someone on their official website might be quick to pull the trigger.

Fans noticed last night that the WWE website had marked the WWE 24/7 Title as “retired.” This is not the case, but it surprised a lot of fans.

It didn’t take very long for this mistake to be fixed. The WWE 24/7 Title changed hands 3 times at Madison Square Garden. The next night Mike Rome won the title. So, it’s still getting changed around.

We’ll have to see what 2020 holds for the WWE 24/7 Title, but it looks like the company might be a little eager to retire it.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
