Jeff Hardy Court Date For DWI Arrest Moved Again

Jeff Hardy was arrested for a DWI, but his first court date was rescheduled. It was said that he was taking care of a personal matter. His hearing was changed to December 5th, but now it has changed again.

Heel By Nature reports that Jeff Hardy’s new court date is January 13th in Moore County Court.

WWE has “strongly implored” Jeff Hardy to focus on his health. At this point his knee injury isn’t the only thing keeping him from returning to action.

He was also arrested for public intoxication at Myrtle Beach, but that charge wasn’t nearly as serious as his DUI.

Jeff’s brother Matt Hardy is celebrating the birth of his third son. Matt’s WWE contract is running out in February next year while Jeff’s is currently frozen. Hopefully, Jeff Hardy will be have much better days ahead of him as he focuses on his health.
