Rhea Ripley revealed on After The Bell that she fell in love with wrestling after watching a clip of Triple H stabbing Ric Flair with a screwdriver. This ultra violence and Ric Flair’s platinum hair turning red was enough to make her want to get into the business. Her parents thought she was crazy, but that’s what she wanted to do.

Ripley went on to explain that she is so excited for WarGames because she’s never been in a match with weapons. This was something she really wanted to do, but nobody would previously book her in those matches.

“I think that’s why I’m so pumped for WarGames because I’ve never been in a match where there’s been weapons involved. The boys back home when they did the bookings and stuff they really didn’t want me doing that stuff because I was so young and they were trying to look after me because they’re family and they knew that I just wouldn’t hold back on anything.”

“So to be able to be put into WarGames which is the first all-woman WarGames which is incredible as it is making history, but I have no leash. I have no leash on so I can do whatever I want.”

This could be a very interesting and violent experience to watch WarGames on Saturday night. After hearing what Rhea Ripley had to say about this match we really don’t know what to expect.
