The ratings are in for this week’s Friday Night SmackDown and WWE has received much better news. If you want those complete results you can click here.

Showbuzz Daily reports that this week’s WWE Friday Night SmackDown pulled in 2.445 million viewers in the first hour and 2.225 million in the second.

Last week’s ratings brought in 2.725 million viewers in the first hour and 2.510 in the second. That is quite a noticeable drop.

Interestingly enough, Friday Night SmackDown was taped last week and it did better than this week’s edition. WWE also advertised plenty of matches and segments before the show, but it didn’t seem to increase viewership.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
