Christopher Daniels really took a beating before he was set to take part in the opening round of the AEW World Tag Team Tournament. Now he is injured and won’t be wrestling for a while.

Daniels commented on his injury status. Injuries are like a tunnel for Daniels because he doesn’t know how long they are. The important part is that there is still light at the end.

Injuries are the worst. They’re like a tunnel where you don’t know the length, you don’t know when you’ll see daylight again. But I didn’t come this far just to fade away. Especially since I have unfinished business to attend to.

We’ll have to see how long Christopher Daniels is out of action. He has a position with AEW in a backstage capacity, so he’ll be around. Daniels might have to sit on the sidelines and watch Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky finish out SCU’s path in the AEW World Tag Team Tournament.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
