CM Punk has been through a lot since leaving WWE. Now he can look back and see that he is a much different person now.

During Starrcast III, CM Punk openly said that he’s not calling WWE, but he’d be willing to listen to them. It seemed as though some of those hard feelings might be water under the bridge now.

Collider Live recently spoke to CM Punk where he discussed how he has changed since leaving WWE. They might be able to put business first in the end which isn’t where things were left when he walked out years ago.

“I’ve grown so much as a person and I look back at all the stuff and I don’t need it. I don’t need the confrontation and I don’t need the drama. But I’m a businessman. I also put my morals and my integrity above business deals.”

“If you want me to do anything, well OK, come talk to me but don’t waste my time.”

We’ll have to see if this new mindset for CM Punk might translate into a WWE deal down the line. He seems very open to signing on with Fox to help host “WWE Backstage” which could be a great way to get his foot back in the door.
