Top WWE Superstar Return Could Be Held Off Until Draft

WWE has a few Superstars who are currently injured. It looks like we will still have some time to wait before Drew McIntyre makes his return.

PW Insider reports that Drew McIntyre is still not backstage at Raw this week. That likely means he hasn’t been cleared for a return just yet. The idea of bringing him back for the WWE Draft on October 11th or 14 seems to be even more likely now.

“No Drew McIntyre backstage at Raw, so it appears he has still not been cleared to return. At this point, it makes the most sense from a dramatic standpoint to bring him back around the Draft.”

Drew McIntyre suffered from an undisclosed issue that left him sick for weeks before surgery was required. Hopefully, he’s feeling much better already and simply waiting for WWE to give him a call about his return.
