The ongoing feud between Randy Orton and Kofi Kingston has several fascinating layers to it that make it must watch television, and as we gear up for their match at Clash of Champions, it doesn’t seem as if they’re going to be slowing down anytime soon.

Tonight and tomorrow night we will see WWE return to Madison Square Garden as they put on taped TV shows for the first time in a long time. Monday Night RAW is first up, before SmackDown Live takes to the stage tomorrow evening.

While there’s a lot of uncertainty surrounding the shows, one thing is for sure: Orton is going to be out for revenge in New York City.

It has been almost a decade since Kofi hit the Boom Drop on Randy at the arena, which many considered to be the highlight of his singles career right up until the point that he was able to capture the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 35.

Orton has managed to get the upper hand on Kofi several occasions throughout the course of the last few weeks and months, but as we’ve all seen before, the Viper always seems to have one or two tricks up his sleeve.

When Kofi and Randy meet at Clash of Champions it certainly feels like it’s going to be one of the matches that the fans are looking forward to the most, and you’d have to imagine that they both feel a certain level of pressure with that being the case.
