WWE Intended To Push Superstar With Big Loss On RAW

WWE arranged a very interesting King Of The Ring tournament for 2019, but they seem to be using each match well.

Dave Meltzer explained on Wrestling Observer Radio that even though the lost, Cedric Alexander’s match against Baron Corbin was arranged to make him look like a star in the end.

“The Cedric Alexander match even though he lost, that match was designed to get Cedric Alexander over, to get people behind Cedric Alexander.”

It looks like WWE isn’t don with Alexander’s push. Losing to Baron Corbin might have been a bump in the road, but he went into the contest already injured. We’ll just have to see what they have planned for him next.
