Jon Moxley came down with a serious case of MRSA so he will be unable to work All Out. This is a big loss for the show, but Cody Rhodes says that fans will see Mox vs Kenny Omega eventually.

After Moxley broke the news, AEW had to get to work fast on his replacement. It didn’t take long to arrange Pac as Jon Moxley’s stand-in.

While it will be a great match to see Omega vs Pac, Rhodes commented on how heartbreaking losing Mox is. Then he promised that AEW will work to make that match happen eventually.

Very heartbreaking news. Jon’s health and safety is paramount to all of us. We will actively try and reschedule this match down the road. A replacement match for All Out will be announced soon. Our thoughts are with Jon.

Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley have unfinished business. They have attacked each other during previous shows and were obviously building toward a big match. Hopefully, this match will happen down the line, but AEW definitely doesn’t need any more setbacks in the meantime.
