For a few weeks now fans have been eagerly anticipating the official formation of a brand new faction – that features Randy Orton and The Revival.
While there may still be some paperwork to iron out here, it feels like this trio will be put together as a group moving forward, which can only be a good thing for all three of them.
Wilder & Dawson are in need of a fresh injection of life as a tag team on the main roster, whereas Randy always seems to function better when he has some kind of group to fall back on.
It’ll be interesting to see what these three can accomplish together, and whether or not this feud is going to last beyond Randy’s current beef with Kofi Kingston.
Ironically enough there’s a good chance that they could have their ‘hold all the gold’ moment much sooner than most factions do, with Orton still going after the WWE Championship and The Revival never being too far away from another tag title opportunity.
We wouldn’t be all too surprised to see a fourth member being given the chance to shine in this group, either, with some fans suggesting EC3 as a valuable fourth member.
Regardless of whether or not that comes to fruition, we’re still excited to see what direction this goes in as we look ahead to Clash of Champions – which should be a big night of action for the three men as they attempt to solidify themselves as top guys.
