WWE Expected To Make An Offer To Travis Browne

Travis Browne is no joke at all. With four knockouts of the night under his belt as part of the UFC, he is a force to be reckoned with. Browne also has a lot of respect for the pro wrestling business and he was the first man to hit the ring when Bret Hart was attacked during the WWE Hall Of Fame. It looks like the company is serious about bringing him in as well.

Tom Colohue reports that Travis Browne is being looked at very seriously by WWE. It is said that Browne and his wife Ronda Rousey are possible mixed tag team opponents for Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins. A source also indicated that not only is a contract expected to be on the table eventually, but there is excitement to work with him as well.

“Seth and Becky against Rousey and Browne has been talked about. He’s (Browne) very popular in WWE at the moment…I’d love to work with him.”

“There will definitely be an offer on the table at some point. At the right time.”

Travis Browne can do whatever he wishes at this point. He probably wouldn’t join WWE without his wife by his side, but he also saw how much work Ronda Rousey put into her full-time WWE career as well. It’s not known whether WWE would want Browne full-time, but at least one big match is being considered if they can get him to sign on the dotted line.
