Chris Jericho wasn’t happy about the lack of appreciation he received after Double Or Nothing so he decided to refuse taking part in Starrcast. However, it seems like they were able to come up with a proper replacement.

Jericho battled Kenny Omega at Double Or Nothing and ended up winning the match. He received no thank you for any of the work his name did to help the company achieve greatness. This is why Jericho decided to no-show Starrcast.

It might have been a disappointment for some fans because Jericho didn’t show up in person, but he did have a life-sized cardboard stand-up around so he sent that instead.

This cardboard stand-up sat on the stage for the entire time the Talk Is Jericho live podcast was supposed to be going on. It was pretty hilarious to see because the Fite TV crew kept catching different angles of the cardboard Jericho throughout the live broadcast.

Y2J didn’t show up and the cardboard stand-up sat there for the entire time. Then when Jericho’s previously scheduled time was over someone simply walked across the stage and grabbed him.
