AEW’s Double Or Nothing event is going down this Saturday, but they already had one match that was slated for the pay-per-view. Pac was set to face Hangman Page, but they had the match last week.

The reason why AEW had to pull the trigger on the match early was because Pac didn’t want to lose match to Kenny Omega at a later date. Therefore, due to these creative differences he won’t be working the Double Or Nothing event.

On the latest episode of Being The Elite, Hangman Page revealed that he won’t be allowed to work AEW’s Double Or Nothing. Pac ended their match with a beatdown after a DQ and focused on his knee which apparently did some damage. So Hangman will be icing down his knee during Double Or Nothing instead.

This might be for the storyline so it wouldn’t be a huge shock to see him still have a Double Or Nothing moment, but it would be a real shame if Hangman Page really has to miss out on performing at AEW’s first event.

He made a comment about how it’s a good thing that he wasn’t on the side of the MGM Grand Casino and now we might know why. Because apparently, Hangman Page won’t be working the event.
