Chris Jericho signed with AEW after he couldn’t work things out with WWE. This was a big get for All Elite Wrestling, but now that AEW is on TNT this means war.

While speaking to TV Insider, Y2J stated that AEW and WWE are at war at this point whether they want to be or not.

“This is a war. Even if you don’t want it to be, it just is. There hasn’t been any competition for WWE on a national basis for 20 years or more. I think this is something they didn’t really want, but it’s great for the fans and great for the guys. I think in the long run it’s going to make a difference because it gives people a choice. And it’s always good to have a choice.”

Those are some pretty powerful words, but they are going about things in a pretty big way. Once AEW debuts on TNT it’s off to the races, but they might as well start preparing for battle now.
