Becky Lynch is one of the top babyfaces in the company right now, but it didn’t happen all on her own. Not only were the fans behind The Man, but she also had talented opponents to face. This is something that WWE needs to keep in mind.

WrestleMania 35’s main event is set to feature Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch vs Charlotte Flair in a triple threat match for the RAW Women’s Title. Unless something happens, that is the match WWE is going with and there is a reason for this as well.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that another reason a triple threat match is set up so it opens the playing the field up for more future challengers for The Man.

The change is also to have enough rivalries set up for Lynch, with both Flair and Asuka, unlike when they gave you the Daniel Bryan win and with lack of options (until the planned Brock Lesnar squash, which is another issue) ended up working him with Kane.

Becky Lynch’s rise to the WrestleMania main event does parallel Daniel Bryan’s journey to WrestleMania XXX in a lot of ways. We will just have to see what happens following the show of shows, but at least WWE is keeping that in mind.
