Seth Rollins has a bad back and WWE gave him the time off from the ring that he needs. However, he isn’t as bad off as some might think.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Rollins could wrestle tomorrow. WWE is simply taking very good care of The Architect as he prepares for WrestleMania.

“He’s got a back injury. He could work right now. It’s not so bad that he can’t wrestle, but he needs a rest. The basic gist is that they want him fully healed for the build to WrestleMania so he’s taking time off now because if he kept wrestling it would only get worse.”

“So that’s the basic gist of his injury, that’s why they’ve taken him off. He’s not, he could wrestle tomorrow it’s not like some of these other guys that are missing time because they really couldn’t. This is just the company having good foresight and not running him into the ground now and paying for it later. You know, let him heal.”

Seth Rollins has a brutal encounter scheduled for WrestleMania and he needs to be in the best shape possible. Therefore, even if he could take bumps right now, WWE isn’t going to risk it.
