As of last night during RAW, it appears WWE has changed the names of two up and coming Superstars from NXT as they prepare to take on the main roster.

Otis Dozovic and Tucker Knight, known to fans as Heavy Machinery, have had their names shortened. It now appears they will go by Otis and Tucker moving forward, dropping the last names.

In fact, WWE has now updated the official profile pages for the team members to note this name change. You can view the official pages for Otis and Tucker by clicking their names respectively.

The last instance of a name being altered was recently for SmackDown Live Superstar Andrade “Cien” Almas, who now simply goes by the name Andrade. It is likely WWE will continue to rid Superstars of their names as the company sees fit.
