WWE Confirms Title Match For RAW Next Week

Sometimes WWE will announce things and not really give all of the information needed. We previously reported that Bobby Lashley is set to face Finn Balor next week on RAW. What WWE didn’t do is clarify whether it was for the Intercontinental Title.

WWE later put out a video confirming that Bobby will put his IC Title on the line against Finn Balor on RAW.

Balor recently lost the Universal Title match against Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. It is interesting how WWE is switching Finn from the Universal Title to the IC strap, but that’s Vince McMahon decision.

If Balor wins the title it could be a very interesting road to WrestleMania for the first-ever WWE Universal Champion.
