Daniel Bryan Wants Mask vs Hair Match With WWE Superstar

Daniel Bryan is a huge fan of Latin American wrestling and follows a lot of the Mexican promotions. He loves a good hair vs mask match and commented when he first started growing his hair out even before his WWE return that he was letting it get long again so he could be in an Arena Mexico Luchas de apuestas (gambling fight) match.

Bryan recently spoke to Yahoo Sports where he revealed that he might already have someone in mind that he would love to put his hair on the line against as he spoke about how his heel turn has opened him up to new opponents.

“It’s not this selfless thing, it’s actually a selfish thing. I want to wrestle the best guys on the planet. Some of those best guys are on ‘205 Live.’ We have Gran Metalik here and he’s one of the best luchadors in the world and he’s on that show. Man, would I love to wrestle that guy in a mask vs. hair match. That’s sometimes where my passion gets ahead of me.”

You never know what WWE could arrange for Daniel Bryan. He obviously wanted to work with Mustafa Ali and they made it happen. Therefore, if he pushes the idea, Gran Metalik could eventually get a very good rub from the WWE Champion as well.
