WWE Tag Team Champions are hard to come by, but my how things can change in a heartbeat. Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre were Raw Tag Team Champions, but they lost the titles to Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose on October 22nd.
After Survivor Series, Ziggler had a bit of a foot issue so he missed RAW. Then on the next week Drew and Dolph wasn’t involved with each other on screen. Then on this week’s show, Ziggler made his presence known during Drew McIntyre Appreciation Night.
Dolph wanted to know why he wasn’t invited to the party and then Drew unloaded on him. He said that he made Dolph relevant for the first time in ten years and continued to berate his former partner.
Then Ziggler had enough and went off on McIntyre finally hitting him with a Zig Zag before walking off. But before he could leave, Baron Corbin booked Drew McIntyre vs Dolph Ziggler to go down on RAW right then and there.
