WWE is always looking to add more talent to the WWE Performance Center, but someone needs to be in good enough shape in order for WWE to invest the time and money on them to help them become better pro wrestlers.
It looks like WWE’s policy of not signing people with preexisting problems has struck once again as Dave Meltzer discussed on Wrestling Observer Radio.

“Garza Jr was turned down I believe because of shoulder problems by WWE so he’s working. I mean he’s got shoulder injuries. I’m not sure what else is really going on him.”

Although Garza Jr would have been a great addition to NXT or even 205 Live later on, it looks like that’s not going to happen. This is of course, something that might not have been too much of an issue years ago because WWE really started to get serious about testing their talent before they sign on the dotted line.
