The IIconics were going to have a great night in Melbourne Australia no matter how the match turned out. After all, they were part of the WWE roster while traveling to Australia for such a big show.
Billie Kay and Peyton Royce took on Asuka and Naomi at the Melbourne Cricket Field and they received a pretty outstanding reaction. You could tell by the look on their faces that they were taking it all in.
The match wasn’t too long, but it didn’t look like it was going the IIconics way. Suddenly, Naomi was yanked down from the apron and Asuka was sent into the barricade.
Then The IIconics set Naomi up for their double team finisher and secured a clean victory in Australia. This was a huge win for them as they emerged victorious in their home country, but if anything it could also give fans a clear indication of how over both Kay and Royce are backstage.
