You can make a lot of money in pro wrestling and WWE is thought of as the place to make the most. But that might not be the case.

Cody and The Young Bucks are making a ton of money and so is Marty Scurll along with many other names. They might even be making more than they could with WWE.

On a recent episode of PW Insider Elite audio, Dave Scherer brought up the fact that the Bullet Club might want to stick where they are because there aren’t a lot of guys in WWE making $1 million a year anyway. If they’re doing that well on their own it might not be a good idea.

“Most of the talent on the main roster doesn’t make $1 million a year. You know it. Most of the talent on the main roster doesn’t sniff 7 figures. There might be what? Probably less than 10 people makes 7 figures on the main roster.”

He also said if Cody really made 7 figures last year running his own business it wouldn’t make sense for Rhodes to go back to WWE where he has no control.
