There have been an unusual amount of injuries for WWE talent this week. Amidst this news, we have learned that Dean Ambrose is back on RAW and now an NXT Superstar will be returning to the developmental brand following his nasty injury.

Oney Lorcan was injured back at NXT TakeOver: Chicago earlier this year as he and partner Danny Burch took on The Undisputed Era for the NXT Tag Team Championship.

Lorcan suffered a broken orbital bone and was forced to undergo surgery. This put him out of action for the time being, leaving Burch on his own. This was ultimately showcased on NXT TV as Burch took on Adam Cole without Lorcan at ringside.

While it is unclear as to whether Lorcan is cleared, we can confirm by way of PWInsider that the Superstar will be on the road this week for NXT and will be in attendance at TakeOver this weekend.

In addition to this, Burch, Deonna Purrazzo, and Zack Gibson will also be on the road for NXT this week. Furthermore, Kacy Castanzo, Jessamyn Duke, and Marina Shafir are scheduled to be there for TakeOver this weekend.

Regardless of what transpires at NXT: TakeOver Brooklyn 4, any news in regards to a potential return to in-ring competition for Lorcan is a good one.
