The former United States Champion spoke with Planeta Wrestling recently about life post his in-ring career. Jeff mentions that he believes his brother Matt would make a fine coach or teacher at the WWE Performance Center, but that he himself would much rather pursue a music career. When asked about the most intimidating previous opponents he’s faced over the years, Jeff was quick to give an answer. (And it shouldn’t really surprise you.)

Intimidating by far is Brock Lesnar. He is like the real deal, you know.

Lesnar came into the WWE around 2002, and defeated Hardy via KO at his first PPV. Planeta also questioned Jeff on who he considers his most memorable opponent.

I gotta say Shawn Michaels, when I got to wrestle him and beat him in ’08, ’09 that was just beyond a dream come true and he still to this day my favorite wrestler ever.

With Hardy all banged up, we should probably only expect about one or two more solid runs before he finally decides to hang it up. Who are you looking forward to seeing him face Ringside?
