James Ellsworth Mocks Asuka During Indie Show Appearance

James Ellsworth shocked the WWE Universe at Money In The Bank when he made his return to WWE, aiding SmackDown Women’s Champion Carmella to help defeat the challenger in Asuka. Coming off this, Ellsworth has now continued to add insult to injury at an indie appearance, where he mocked “The Empress of Tomorrow” on his way to the ring.

While now seemingly back with WWE, Ellsworth worked with Gulf Coast Wrestling Alliance (GCWA) for a show last night. He was scheduled to defend his Intergender Championship against Lucha Underground star Kobra Moon, and that he did successfully, but his entrance is what added fuel to the fire Asuka will surely hope to extinguish.

On his way to the ring, Ellsworth wore a mask eerily similar to what Asuka wears to the ring. In addition to this, Ellsworth entered to Asuka’s music while he shook around like the former NXT Women’s Champion does herself during her entrance.

As one would expect, Ellsworth instigating Asuka led to a response from the winner of the first-ever women’s Royal Rumble herself.

Sometimes silence is deadly. One can only expect Asuka is intent on having her revenge with Ellsworth.
