One of the many goals a wrestler generally hopes to achieve is to make it to WWE. With such a vast roster at the moment, WWE continues to sign the best talent from around the world of professional wrestling.

In recent years, WWE has formed a number of working agreements with WWN, ICW, PROGRESS and most recently, Pro Wrestling NOAH. Using that as guidance, it looks as if WWE may be interested in jumping to another level with their content.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there is some talk in WWE of holding a special on the WWE Network featuring talent not under contract with the company.

The ongoing idea here is that WWE would use their relationships with the promotions listed above to build the card, also having talent not signed to those promotions. These would most likely be popular independent stars who are not signed with a promotion like NJPW or ROH, as they may be able to get Impact stars to come over for the show based on recent discussions between the two.

Unfortunately, what this would mean is that unless some deal can be reached, WWE will be unable to secure any members of The Bullet Club, which would upset some fans hoping to watch the show.
