Nikki Bella competed in the 2018 Royal Rumble match against her doctor’s orders. She had a huge red flag on her where nobody was allowed to hit her in the back of the head or neck. But Asuka might have found an even more dangerous thing for Nikki.

During the end of the Royal Rumble match, it came down to Nikki and Asuka. Then the dangerous spot for Nikki went down.

Asuka wrapped her legs around Nikki’s neck and pulled her to the apron. This was a pretty dangerous spot considering Nikki’s neck and they brought attention to it during Total Bellas.
