The Greatest Royal Rumble saw Brock Lesnar walking out of Jeddah with the Universal Championship and nobody knew what would happen next. While many assumed he would be wrestling at Money In The Bank because he missed Backlash, apparently that is not the case.

Dave Meltzer discussed Lesnar and the Universal Championship on Wrestling Observer Radio where he explained that it doesn’t look like Brock will be wrestling for a while now.

“Lesnar is not wrestling at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view for what it’s worth. I don’t know when he’s going to wrestle again. I thought it would make sense after the Greatest Royal Rumble because obviously, he’s going to wrestle again that [MITB] would be the show but in fact it’s not the show.”

“So he’s doing another show. He might have agreed to do a deal until SummerSlam. Or maybe the July show, but he’s not on this one.”

He could always re-enter the USADA testing as he builds toward another Universal Championship Match. But only time will tell what happens with Lesnar at this point.
