Former Impact Knockouts Champion Undergoes Surgery

Awesome Kong made a big impression in TNA and even spent a little time in WWE as Karma although that run didn’t go as well for her.

The former Impact Knockouts Champion posted a video today letting fans know she was going into back surgery. She’s apparently had back problems for a while so this is long overdue.

Kong has been featured recently in the Netflix series GLOW which is still extremely popular. So hopefully, she was able to coordinate this operation with her shooting schedule in case they need her although they are currently awaiting the third season to start shooting at this point because the second season doesn’t debut until June.
