The cage match for the Universal Title at the Greatest Royal Rumble was a pretty tough contest full of plenty of finishing moves.

But when Reigns hit Lesnar with that last spear it sent everyone through the cage to the floor.

However, if you caught the angle on this replay it looks like Reigns really came out of the deal with the hardest hit because his head connected with the cage as he appeared to DDT himself in the process.

Reigns is likely okay, but that spot could have gone much smoother.
