We had recently reported that Randy Orton’s tattoo artist Catherine Alexander is suing the WWE and it’s video game partners for using her tattoo designs without her permission.

The tattooist says that she contacted WWE back in 2009 regarding the selling of material with her designs on them. She claims that WWE offered her a $450 fee for the rights of the designs but she turned it down at that time.

Alexander has named WWE and it’s former and current video-game partners namely, 2K Games, Yuke’s and Take-Two Interactive as defendants.

Interestingly, Randy Orton has not been named a defendant in this case. Alexander demands that her rights be granted to her through a jury trial and would like the court to declare that she is indeed owed damages.
