CM Punk & WWE Dr. Chris Amann Going to Trial Soon

Dave Meltzer reported in the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE’s Dr. Chris Amann will have his lawsuit against CM Punk & Colt Cabana go to trial soon. Many expected the lawsuit to be settled outside of a courtroom but it appears that’s not happening.

For those that don’t remember, Punk appeared on Cabana’s podcast back in November 2014 and alleged that he was mistreated for a back injury and a concussion by Amann. Amann filed a lawsuit against both Punk& Cabana for the comments they made about him.
