Reason Nikki Bella Tossed Brie Out of the Royal Rumble

As seen at Sunday’ Royal Rumble event, Nikki Bella tossed out her sister Brie in the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble match.

Dave Meltzer discussed this spot on today’s installment of Wrestling Observer Radio. It’s believed that the reason that Nikki tossed Brie out was done for a future episode of Total Divas. Brie & Nikki’s WWE comeback has been a prominent storyline on the series and it’s expected this spot will be a factor in the show. Bryan Alvarez joked that they can get five episodes out the incident.
