Edge adds that there’s a ton of diversity in this match from a visual and physicality standpoint, and that makes for a very interesting Rumble match in his opinion. Phoenix agrees and adds that she’s a big fan of Nia Jax who finds a way to exude beauty while still kicking ass every night of the week.
In terms of picking a winner, Phoenix mentions that this could be a cool opportunity for Natalya to debut a new, more vicious side of her character, especially after cutting that mysterious promo a couple of weeks ago. She ultimately chooses Paige as her winner, because she thinks Paige has a ton of momentum right now coming off her long-awaited return.
Edge & Christian welcome The Singh Brothers to the show.
The Singhs inform that they started their wrestling training in Canada, and performed on some of Tony Condello’s Northern Death Tours. Edge and Christian are veterans of those tours as well, and they all agree that those tours were far from fancy, and they required a lot of Kraft Dinner in order to stay fed.
Eleven years after working on those tours they finally got the WWE contracts that they were looking for, and it was an amazing moment for them. Prior to that, they got a big break when they received a call from Jeff Jarrett and TNA Wrestling, when TNA officials saw a video of them dancing and cutting a promo online.
