Possible Opponents for The Shield’s Official Return Match

As seen on Monday’s episode of RAW, Kane destroyed Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins after his victory over Rollins in a one-on-one match. Both Cesaro and Sheamus seemingly helped Kane with the post-match beat down, which ended with Kane delivering a tombstone piledriver to both Rollins and Ambrose.

Dave Meltzer discussed this segment on today’s installment of Wrestling Observer Radio. Meltzer indicated that when Roman Reigns returns from being out of action with the mumps, he will align himself with Ambrose & Rollins again to take on Kane, Sheamus & Cesaro. This would be the first official Shield reunion match. Meltzer didn’t exactly elaborate when this match will take place, but Reigns is expected to return to action on the November 13th episode of RAW.
