CM Punk & Dr. Chris Amann Are Reportedly Trying To Settle Lawsuit

We previously reported how CM Punk and WWE’s doctor Chris Amaan’s court case has been delayed. Amann is asking $1 million in the libel suit against CM Punk and Colt Cabana after Punk said some things that put Amann’s medical practice into question.

The court case was set to go to trial just 3 weeks before Punk’s next scheduled UFC fight but now it is delayed and Pro Wrestling Sheet reports they are likely looking at settling.

Colt Cabana submitted 6 pieces of evidence which could be audio samples from the podcast. There is also video of CM Punk’s backside to prove he wasn’t suffering from a staph infection during the 2014 Royal Rumble as Punk claimed.
