WWE’s Possible Plans for Roxanne Perez’s Opponent for 2024 NXT Battleground

Roxanne Perez has been the NXT Women’s Champion for quite a while now and she has consistently defended her title no matter what. Regarding her NXT Battleground opponent, an update has now been given.

WWE NXT Battleground event will take place on June 9, 2024 from UFC APEX in Las Vegas and there is a considerable amount of hype for the Premium Live Event. With that said, fans do wonder who Roxanne Perez would face at the event.

While speaking during a recent edition of Fightful’s Q&A Podcast, Sean Ross Sapp noted that WWE has been interested in bringing Tegan Nox as Roxanne Perez’s opponent at NXT Battleground.

“Corey had mentioned that they been interested in bringing in Tegan Nox.”

We had previously reported that WWE intends to bring Tegan Nox to NXT for run, so it is very likely she will be appearing on NXT television soon to begin a program with Roxanne Perez heading into the NXT Battleground Premium Live Event.
