Hiroshi Tanahashi Returns to AEW with a Victory on 5/25 Collision

NJPW President Hiroshi Tanahashi made a thrilling return to AEW on the May 25th episode of AEW Collision.

Serving as the mystery partner for Claudio Castagnoli and Daniel Garcia, Tanahashi helped lead the trio to victory over Lance Archer and The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch).

This marked Tanahashi’s first match in AEW since his appearance at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2023, where he faced off against MJF for the AEW World Title. Prior to this, he competed on the June 24, 2023, episode of AEW Collision, where he emerged victorious against Swerve Strickland.
