RVD Willing to Make WWE Return For Kevin Owens Match

RVD’s definitely one of the best wrestlers of all time because his insane in-ring skills. Kevin Owens recently expressed his desire to square off against RVD and now RVD is willing to make it happen.

Kevin Owens recently expressed his admiration for RVD, stating that he would have loved to wrestle him. He made it clear that he hoped it’s not too late for the blockbuster match to happen. It’s to be noted that the ECW legend hasn’t competed in WWE for almost a decade, with his last match against Seth “Freakin” Rollins on an episode of SmackDown in 2014.

While speaking on the One of Kind podcast, RVD showered praise on Owens’ work and expressed confidence that the dream match between them could become a reality, making it clear he’s willing to make his WWE return to make that match happen.

“Good kid. He obviously likes the extreme style, and the crowd loves him, worked his way up on the indie scene, and then he’s been doing really well inside WWE. I think he’s from Montreal, some town in Canada I went to three years ago, and everybody couldn’t stop telling me this is the town Kevin Owens is from. They were like so excited. This might have been five years ago. It’s way before COVID. And definitely, it’s not too late.”

For the record, RVD previously doubted he will ever return to WWE but that might just change eventually. We’ll have to wait and see whether the match will finally take place eventually.
