Although Vince McMahon has left WWE due to the ongoing trafficking lawsuit, he continues to maintain connections with prominent figures in professional wrestling. He has a lot of haters, and it appears McMahon was defended against claims of pro wrestling.

On January 25th, Janel Grant, a former WWE staff member, initiated legal action against WWE, John Laurinaitis, and Vince McMahon, alleging instances of sexual assault, emotional abuse, and sex trafficking dating back to March 2019. These allegations have tarnished McMahon’s reputation and triggered widespread condemnation within the industry.

Despite the controversies, McMahon often regarded as the most successful promoter in wrestling history, revolutionized the wrestling industry during his nationwide expansion in the 1980s, turning WWE into a global phenomenon. By taking over nearly every major wrestling territory, he transformed the regional landscape into a consolidated empire, paving the way for WWE’s international success.

In a recent clip from Story Time with Dutch Mantell, the veteran wrestling personality refuted claims that Vince McMahon ruined the wrestling business. Mantell highlighted that the industry is currently performing better than ever in terms of numbers and popularity.

“Hell no, he didn’t ruin wrestling. It’s doing the best now than it’s ever done. Who said he ruined wrestling?” Mantell continued, “He didn’t ruin it, no. Because you can’t ruin wrestling. You can’t kill it either.”

In case you didn’t know, Vince McMahon is also assisting authorities with the investigation for his sexual trafficking lawsuit. Nonetheless, it remains to be seen what will become of Vince McMahon in the end, as things simply don’t look good for him at the moment.
