Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque hinted at what fans can expect when The Rock makes his highly anticipated return to WWE.

Speaking to Sports Business Journal about The Rock’s involvement in the lead-up to WrestleMania 40 and his potential future return plans, Triple H shared some intriguing insights.

Levesque expressed his excitement about working with The Rock, highlighting the global superstar’s enthusiasm for being involved in WWE in a meaningful way. He emphasized The Rock’s commitment to investing his resources, creativity, and branding into creating an unforgettable experience for fans.

Triple H praised The Rock’s dedication, noting that his willingness to portray the ‘Final Boss’ heel version of himself was a testament to his level of commitment. Despite his busy schedule with movie projects, The Rock has made it clear that he intends to return to WWE, promising that it will be a “hell of a ride” when he does.

“I can only imagine what’s next for The Rock, he’s got his hands in just about everything. We were thrilled to have Rock be involved, when you can have the biggest star on the globe arguably want to be apart of what we do and in a meaningful way.

And want to do it in a way that he’s not like ‘hey yeah I’ll come in, tell me what to do, I’ll go do this’ but all of his resources, all of his brain power, all of his creative, all of those things, his branding, ‘I want to invest in this, I want to make it an amazing ride for our fans’ – it doesn’t get any better than that.

So his coming in, just across the board, if you had told me in the beginning of the conversation that we we’re going to get the ‘Final Boss’ heel version of The Rock, I would have said ‘you’re crazy,’ but that’s his level of commitment.

He goes off, he makes a few movies now and as he said a week ago, he’ll be back and it’ll be a hell of a ride when he comes back.”

While there’s no official timetable for The Rock’s WWE comeback, rumors have circulated suggesting that the iconic wrestler-turned-actor has expressed interest in making an appearance at WrestleMania 41. Fans eagerly await his return, anticipating the excitement and entertainment he’ll bring back to the squared circle.
