Damian Priest Declares The Judgment Day As One of The All-Time Great Factions

This opportunity came to fruition at WrestleMania 40 on Sunday when Priest capitalized on Drew McIntyre’s victory over Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Title. With a decisive cash-in, Priest secured the championship, marking significant moment in his career.

During an appearance on WWE The Bump, Priest reflected on his championship victory and its significance for The Judgment Day. He emphasized that winning the World Title holds immense importance for the faction, as it solidifies their collective legacy.

With both himself and Rhea holding World Championship titles, Priest posed the question of where The Judgment Day now stands in the pantheon of legendary factions.

“Winning the World Title means a lot of us. I mean, it solidifies our group. We have Rhea, the Women’s World Champion [and] me, the Men’s World Champion. I think if you look at the history of factions, where does that put the Judgment Day now?”

“We’ve had Undisputed [Tag Team] Titles. We’ve had North American Titles. Now we have World Titles. I don’t see how we’re not in the conversation for one of the best factions of all time.”

Damian Priest also signed new contract with WWE. We will have to wait and see how Damian Priest will be booked as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion in the coming weeks.
